Cool wine for cool people

Folk Machine, Jeanne d’Arc Chenin Blanc

Region: Clarksburg, CA

Grape: 100% Chenin Blanc

Watch out for Jeanne everybody. This juicy Chenin is electric with brilliant acidity. It’s briny, full of white nectarine, and as clean as they come. *New favorite wine alert*

Labadens, Marius Vaqueyras

Region: Vacqueyras AOC - Rhône Valley, FR

Grapes: Grenache, Syrah

What isn’t there to love about the Southern Rhône? Meaty Grenache with edgy tannins with some savory Syrah blended in for good measure. If you’re a fan of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, there’s more to love if you look a little northeast. The Labadens has lovely notes of anise, crunchy fall leaves, and baked cranberry. The ultimate autumn wine.

La Cayetana, Criolla Blanca

Region: Lavalle - Mendoza, Argentina

Grape: Criolla Blanca

This wine is way too good to be $22.99 but here we are. Clean and crisp but beautifully layered with notes of preserved lemon and sea salt. Something about it makes you feel like you’re standing next to the ocean. Brace yourselves this is unlike any other white wine on our shelves.

Gesellman, ZB

Region: Burgenland, Austria

Grapes: Zweigelt, Bläufrankisch, Pinot Noir

Spicy, earthy, and friendly for every palate. We’re got your holiday crowd pleaser right here. Mulberries, black cherry preserves, and a little freshly cracked pepper. You just need that perfect bite of turkey and stuffing to go alongside it.

Oyster River Winegrowers, Morphos Rosé

Region: Warren, ME

Grape: Merlot

If you haven’t tried this yet, what’s wrong with you? This naturally sparkling wine is ideal for getting the party started. Fresh strawberries, hibiscus, and rose petals. She’s way too good to sip slowly. I don’t know what they’re doing up there in Maine, but we hope they never stop.
