1 1/2 oz Fernet-Branca
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda to top
Ice
Combine Fernet-Branca, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add to glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with citrus wheel.
2 oz Punt e Mes
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz Club Soda
Fill the glass with ice. Add Prosecco, Punt e Des, and finish with a splash of soda. Garnish with orange peel.
2 oz Carpano Bianco
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz Club Soda
Fill glass with ice. Add Prosecco and Carpano Bianco. Finish with a splash of soda. Garnish with an orange wheel.
Reverse Manhattan
2 oz Antica Formula
1 oz Rye (we recommend Michters)
2 dashes of bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a cherry.
