Wu is for the Children. These wines are not.

In case you missed it, I mistakenly asked Aaron about the Wu-Tang symbol on his hat. Listen, we all have gaps in pop-culture knowledge. But here at WP, not recognizing the Wu is tantamount to not knowing the ten Beaujolais Crus (must remember to exploit that rhyme at a later date). Though Yom Kippur is behind us, I’m going to extend the subject of atonement to this post. As a last stich effort to ingratiate myself, I Wu-Tang-ified some of El Capitan’s favorite wines. Am I nervous that dad is going to make me re-write all of the descriptions like this? Yes. Here’s hoping that my blunder entertains and serves as an example to my fellow co-workers. May you Never Feel This Pain.

Let’s Start the Show…

Orthogneiss a.k.aAmateur Warrior – Legendary Weapon Melon de Bourgogne that you want to take into battle. This Muscadet is liable to bring Tearz to your eyes. The Heart Gently Weeps as I remember how clean this gal is. Why Why Why would you drink anything else?

Joan d'Anguera, Planella Montsant a.k.a. Red Peril Philosophic – People Say this Catalonian blend is smooth like C.R.E.A.M. Drunk Tongue is the only affliction you’ll suffer from too much of this dreamboat from Montsant. Shame on you if you haven’t tried it yet.

La Segreta, Pottarello a.k.a. Nasty Falcon– Sangiovese, Colorino, Malvasia Nera. They’re all God’s Creatures. Ain’t Nothing Ta F’wit here. We’d follow Agri Segetum to Deep Space and beyond. You don’t mess with the bond between Wine Press ‘n La Segreta.

Ca'n Verdura, Supernova a.k.a. Midnight Villain – I’ve Seen a Lot of Things but this Mantonegro Brings Da Ruckus like nothing else. Mallorca kicked out an absolute Triumph with this one. I Can’t Go To Sleep some nights dreaming about the long finish on this stunner.

Lesson Learn’d. Everything that’s spittin’ is written by yours truly.
